Transworld: Buyer Credentials

Greetings, fellow haunters. A very silly question, but as a Transworld newbie (been in the business for 10+ years but finally making my first trip to St. Louis):

Are the required buyer credentials for everyone who plans to attend the trade show, or just for those who plan to buy product for resale? In other words, do I have to send anything if I just plan to buy things for my haunt to use?
