Several things folks...
One a featured haunt for Hauntworld 21 is already picked out, already set in stone...only Ben Armstrong knows which haunt will be featured!!! SHHHH...don't tell anyone Ben!
We will feature a second haunted house as well and that haunt is also picked out as well. However we need advice on articles you might like to see or industry topics you might want covered. What do you think?
This issue will be the official Transworld edition released just prior to the show... there will NOT be another magazine until the summer.

NOW if you choose to market in this next magazine you will have to contact us we will NOT be calling any vendors for issue 21. We will however send emails on Monday to all vendors with information about advertisement in issue #21.
There will be a very low effort made to sell ads for this issue because we are just too busy with mini golf, and selling banners to haunted house owners to focus on this.
An email will go out on Monday to all vendors... here is the jist of what is being offered.
1) All hauntworld advertisers will get banners on the forums and throughout our other sites including HauntedHouseSupplies.com
2) Ads in the magazine itself mailed to all subscribers.
3) Access to promote your business on our message boards.
4) Hauntworld will draft a new welcome letter to all who add their haunts on our directory. Vendors who advertise will be listed in that email.
5) Banners on our 'find a vendor' pages.
6) Links on our links pages and much more.

Deadlines: You have until Janary 16th, 2009 5pm to make a firm commitement either by fax or email to reserve your space. No advertisers will be taken after January 16th committment deadline. Once you've made a committment you will have until January 31st, 2009 to submit your ad. Any company that does not submit their ad by that date will not be included in the magazine.
Lastly, due to the overwhelming amount of advertisers who do not pay their bills we will no longer offer net 30 terms. You must pay upon placing the ad by credit card or check.
