  • Queue tents / tarps

Does anyone use high quality tents or tarps for parts (or all) of their queue? If so, where do you buy/rent them from?

We were definitely lacking this last season and had to settle for a couple cheap tarps to block certain sections. Thanks for any help!

We put together some 10 x 10 canopy fold up tents that had removable sides. Tied them together, put mini-sandbags at the base so they would not fly away and created a serpentine que line within 4 of these tents, It kept about 120 people dry at a time.

      How about two options:
First I would contact a couple of tent suppliers in your area and see if they would do a donation/trade out. If you donate to a charity work that angle. You could also work the trade angle. Trade them the cost of the rental for tickets. They can give them to employees, customers or donate them to local groups. We have done trade outs with a number of companies. The best are those that really do not loose any product. They already own the tent and would probably have one just sitting in inventory anyway so a trade is a win-win situation.

if that doesn't pan out I would look into the car port type shelters. They are bigger and about the same price as the ez-up style.

We use commercial canopies from www.Farmtek.com. They are a little pricey but the quality is great and they are great to work with. We also used a local rental company and like they said in the post above they worked with us in trade. It was a win win for all of us.
