      That Sucks

It saddens me to hear that you have chosen to close shop. I wish you luck in your future personal and professional endeavors.

I think a unecessary panic was created here today. things are going to get better, companies fold all the time and new ones open up.

                Shane,
2008 had not been a good year for me. I had been feeling run down and was getting out of breath easily all year. I had no money for doctors, all of the money was going into getting this start-up business to start up. Since Haunting Faces hadn't been selling well enough, I had licensed them to Fun World and had moved onto other projects that I hoped would take off better. Because of the ongoing tiredness, I didn't put enough energy into the business and so sales were poor. Halloween I helped a friend with a Haunted House and totally wore myself out. Come November, I go to the emergency room with breathing troubles. Five days in the hospital later, I had acquired two stents in my heart, a lot of pills and the realization that I missed having a major heart by days if not hours. I now am working on trying to stay healthy but I am also flat broke and not able to keep the company going.

Lesson Learned: If you ignore your health, you may lose everything else.

I am so sorry to hear that. We really loved your barnacles and mussels last year, we put them on lots of monsters! The other side of this thing has a huge run of mussels... you can see the barnacles all over it. Maybe you can still sell stuff on line ... scale back on the trade shows?

                  Thanks

                    Hup,
John made some really cool pirate themed stuff for 08 from Barrels to barnacles and mussels etc....
What is weird is he also did a beautiful skeletal costume that i think many thought was spookywoods. The girl wearing it kept coming by the booth threatening to stab me with her spear.
She was fun to mess with.
Great detail on this piece too.

Hey John- It seems we keep missing each others calls.

Sorry to hear that you had to close the doors on the shop- Hopefully Mr. Fuller will be able to keep you busy with his new stuff.

I'll call you when I get the chance. Right now I am recouping from Houston.

Sorry to see you go. Maybe down the road as your health improves you can restart the company. I remember seeing you at IAAPA and thinking about how we could use all of that stuff for our mini golf attractions.

What is the link to your wifes ebay store?

Also do you have an inventory you're going to be selling off?

Again sorry to see you go!

                              Thanks
