  • Food vendors at your Haunt

Anyone use food vendors at their haunt? We'd definitely like to incorporate a vendor that supplies at least warm drinks or a few snacks at our "intermission" point between indoor and outdoor attractions. We just don't want to worry about it ourselves (way too many other things going on). If you do have a food vendor, do you ask for 10% (or more) of their sales, or just let them operate completely independent?

    Thanks!

Get something out of it for sure. Maybe they provide a meal and drinks for your actors.

        hmm

We did this a number of ways......now we do it ourselves

        BUT

We did give them the space.......and we made 30% of the take
We also did a discounted price thing one year....that was a wash
Gee could it get any better than this?

How do you usually work with them? Do you give them the space for free and ask for a certain percent, have them pay you to use the space, or what?
