I am 20-30 minutes away, but I would drive as far as I needed to.

I'm lucky, I'm just under 2 miles from our haunt. 5 minutes, tops.
We have some staff that drive over 30 minutes minutes to get to us, and they do it 5 nights a week.
We're very lucky to have a terrific group of people that run our haunt. Since we're 100% volunteer (501c3 and all that jazz), it really shows the dedication that much of our staff has.

I used to complain about having to drive 35 minutes to manage a attraction, always said to myself that when I open my attraction it will be closer and more convienent, LIES ALL LIES!!!!!! Our Attraction location is over 90 minutes away.
The good news is that I have it planned out in our 5 year plan to be living onsite within 2 years. Its amazing what youll do for a Prime piece of Property that you never have to tear down..........Buried deep beneath Darksyde acres Haunted house In Michigan I'm the Best at what I do, What I do Isn't very NICE!

I did a 70-mile round trip commute to the haunt for three years (about 40+ miles) and yes, it was tough at 1 a.m. in the morning. But I was happy to be there and happy to go home, so that helped. Now that I'm in the hunt for a new location for a new show, I'm hoping to find something a little closer...DARK HOLLOW HAUNTED FOREST

1 hour 35 min, from Sacramento to the Bay area. But it's worth it, having a blast! Plus I only sleep during the last 30 minutes or so of driving...
