Larry I was looking at your pictures of the Darkness and it looks very good. I use a lot of styrofoam as well but so far have been unable to find something I really like to harden it. What product do you use at the Darkness?

Jeff, do you mind sharing with us what type of foam you are using and the supplier you use? I'm looking into this as well. Thanks!
Just as an FYI, so far I have requested info from the following companies:
http://www.fomofoam.com/
http://www.tigerfoam.com/
http://www.rhhfoamsystems.com/
http://www.polytechfoam.com/index.php?page=home

Kel we don't use any type of spray foam just the kind you can buy from Home Depot or Lowes. There is really three types - white, pink and blue. They each have different pros and cons associated with them. I just really need a hardener for that kind of foam.
Hope this helps
Jeff
Jeff, here are some of the sites I've requested info from in regard to foam coating products for foam board:
http://www.hauntvisions.com/DIYCreativeCoating.html
http://www.sculpturalarts.com/
http://www.nyfs.com/store.asp?pid=11266&catid=19731
You might contact them as well. I've also inquired as to whether or not their coating product is Fire Rated. If they are, I'll be sure to get an MSDS sheet for our Fire Marshal.![]()

Monster mud maybe? I think it's joint compound and water. Or maybe some type of sprayable sealer?By sprayable I mean a professional paint sprayer, not the ones that come in aerosol cans.
Leaving a bunch of por-noe magazines open all night infront of the work doesn't make it stiffen any, tried that, but since Larry isn't talking you could try that mag. method again?
