at 3:46am on Monday morning my girlfriend gave birth to our beautiful little boy.

He was 5 weeks early but came out as healthy as can be.

He was 6 lb 0 oz and 18" long.

His name is Sean Robert Eric De Wane Jr.

Because he is a little on the jaundice side he has to wear a billi blanket for a few days at home but other then that he is perfect!

We took him home last night and for being a first time parent it was exciting, but very scary at the same time. I just don't understand why at the hospital I never heard the baby cry once but once you get home at night, game on! lol

Congratulations! It is so scary at first, now 3 years later (my daughter turns 3 TODAY 5-21-09) we're so used to it.
Having another scares me though!
