I had a fun group returning here last night and I got much "mileage" out of the dark humor possibilties of this incident, circular refrences, returning to tweak their laugh mechanisms.
The group was here for "Scare Your Crippled Friend Night at Ravens Grin, or at least that is what they made it become.
One guy running ahead, waiting around a corner, then jumping, screaming in his face made a much more nervous person out of the guy with the misshapen spine.
He made it through the entire house , saying "I have pain pills in the car if I need them."
The one girl is very "visual", I would say something and she would get this stricken look on her face as her imagination took her over providing full color , big screen images illustrating what I just mentioned. This was fun.
Her mind made sure that she was the first one in the crowd to "get it", understand the refrence, the joke, the idea, no matter how obtuse. This Was Fun!
What a "sharp" audience!
We all play for responses, don't we?
She was enjoying the way her mind was working even though the other two girls pulled her away from beside me as they pretended she was beyound her capacity to mentally process anymore such stimulation.....it was a laugh-fest, all but one returning customers.
