  • For your thoughts and prayers...

My dad got diagnosed with lung cancer a few months ago, and he will be going in for surgery on Monday to get it removed. He is 66 years old, and he's not in the absolutle best condition either.

The cancer was found when he broke a rib and went in for an x-ray. They found a small spot on his lung, so they sent him in for other tests. They discovered a large spot with little fingers coming off of it. It looks like a star fish.

There is a good chance he will have to go through chemotherapy, and possibly radiation treatment.

Please keep him in your prayers during this week, and I hope he doesn't have to go through with the chemo and radiation.

    Thanks.

    Hey Brad,

I will be keeping you and your dad in my thoughts and prayers. I know he will come through this just fine. Sounds like they caught it early. Keep your chin up and remember we're here for you. I bet your dad will be the first one through your new haunt this year!! Also, have a great time, again, in Alaska. Call when you get back!!

There are three rules to designing a haunt. Unfortunately, nobody knows what they are.
