wow, an all time favorite band during college. Wore that tape out, still have it, and nothing to play it with!

Hooters got big my freshman year, knew a guy from Chicago that was playing them before they hit MTV. Great great stuff.

Here's the scene- 1985, Fall, Five kegs of Old Style running through cold plate taps, so cold any beer would taste good, so cold it made your teeth hurt to down it, a few hundred fine upstanding young men and women, a 60 year old frat house furnished with sidewalk couches. And this track pumping through the only goods in the house worth stealing, corner mounted chained to the ceiling PA speakers.

I've been blessed with a lot of things and nothing even approaches those nights.

I love digging up old one hit wonders. I don't remember the video for this one because I was in basic training for the Army during that time. No mtv or anything, lol! I did hear it on the radio constantly though.

I agree Shane there will never be another 80's.
I remember the 80's well and miss them very much.
All the good bands and songs. Some of the crap the
teenagers listen to today does not compare to what we all love
from back then. And like you said we can't forget the one hit wonders.
