You can buy it at Home Depot or Lowes for like $10 for a 3' x 24' roll. Or any gardening place probably. Another good one is erosion cloth, similar, but I like it a bit more. If you don't want a giant roll of erosion cloth you can get a 4' x 30' roll at Fright Theatre. http://frighttheatre.com/
I have bought from them, Great Service, Great product. Their latex is great too.

Depending on what you need it for you can buy a burlap looking material at Walmart or most shops that sell material. I've heard you can get erosion cloth from Orschelns or maybe another farm supplier.

In addition to checking with local landscape & garden stores and home improvement stores, if you have any craft or hobby stores near you check them as well. Many craft stores have a fabric section and they may offer burlap. I kind of doubt it but you never know. Plus while you're there you might find some other kinds of material to use for your haunt's set design.

Oak Island also offers Burlap and Erosion cloth. Their rolls are $150 though. Someone mentioned erosion cloth earlier and that stuff is great for set design (Even better than burlap in my opinion). You can try looking for it by its other name: Jute Mesh and see if you can find it for less than $150

Big Lots is an awesome store. Usually around the end of Summer they start getting their Halloween stuff in and while a lot of it is cheesy you can find some cool stuff there. I bought some distressed cheesecloth from there once. There wasn't much in the bag but it was more for a costume than for a room.

Glad to see you were able to find some at an affordable price!

Yeah I love big lots, They have some stuff spirit has and cuts the prices in half! I dont like to shop at Spirit because their stuff is WAY to expensive and most of it is just crap. Same with party city... I either go to Big Lots or just make it myself.
