We're in a 13,500 sq ft building, but the haunt itself is only going to be about 5,000 sq. ft.

Yes and that's how I voted.

Cue line, concessions, ticket booth and merch sales are also housed within the 13,500, but not included in the 3,000-5,000.

Wasn't sure exactly what info you were interested in.

Mine Is Not As Big as some people think it is.

..OH! You were talking about my house!?
5,000 sq.ft. about 3/4 of a mile of customer travel distance, maybe? (It's been a long time since I measured)
Mount Carroll, Ill. is such a quaint, old-fashioned looking town some people coming here have thought that I owned the whole downtown! (One block by 2 blocks) but it is real pretty and tricky looking, but I don't own everything.

                WOW Shane!

50,000 plus, plus..that is alot of posterboard and paste!
I once made a suit of armor from posterboard and a few dowel rods, it looked very good with metallic spray paint on it.
It was an experiment to see if I could do it.

how do you measure hayrides in all this?

We offer 4 attractions on a portion of our farm. For the time being, our haunt covers approx 100 acres with parking, and the hayride and corn mazes. Haunted hayride is 1.2 miles (30 min), "Carsins Manor" haunted maze/haunted house hybrid - 15,000 s.f. (space not maximized). "Sinister Circus" fun house (new this year) 1800 s.f. Maze of Darkness corn maze in the dark - 5 acres. Midway - 1.5 acres.

First picture - cross section of the new corn maze
second picture - picture of parking lot, donated soccer fields (late season parking lot) corn maze (upper middle) and the midway/hayride and other events are on and off of the picture on the upper right. (if it matters) upper left field to be planted for 6 more soccer fields.
