Its for keeping your victims cool and freshly locked inside untill you are ready to insert hooks into their skin and peel it off.... ( much like a two way mirror it gives you a glance at whats going on inside without the victim knowing )

Thats where I found the pic. The next billboard should be a pic of that window broken and the haunts name, then say "They are out!!"
