I wish I knew you were coming. I would have opened up 13 Ghosts for you to check out. I know people who are in the business cant really leave their attractions during October, but Salem is a totally different scene in October than what you saw on your recent visit. There are a lot more street vendors, more outdoor performers and shows, more of the historic attractions turn into haunted attractions, and there are tons more people. The last 2 weeks in October can be compared to the likes of Mardi Gras! With parades, festivals, physic fairs, zombie walks, zombie road races. Its like Halloween goes on for 31 days in our city, its the best atmosphere around! Let me know if you make a trip again, I can give you a tour of the lesser known places that are not as touristy, and show you some of the really haunted places (well supposedly anyway) in the area!
