  • God help us all!

I was not going to chime in at all on Halloween 2. I was simply going to keep taking my Maalox and continue praying that Zombie never again makes any remakes or picks up on any more classic franchises. I obviously did not like the movie. Thankfully, he will not be making another Halloween.

Then I read the following article. I am now begging the Horror Gods to stop this before it even starts. Are they truly going to ruin all the classics? Next will be an Exorcist remake! PLEASE STOP THE MADNESS!

I personally don't care for 3-D movies. However, with recent technology breakthroughs, and new methods, they are being made a lot easier to create now, and tend to gross more too. I remember reading an article that said most movies would be coming out in 3-D within the next few years. Don't be surprised if you do indeed have split pea soup projectile vomit flying at you in 3-D x3

I love 3-D haunts, but 3-D movies dont do it for me. They never seem to look right to me. I recently bought My Bloody Valentine in 3D, and I couldnt stand watching it through purple and green glasses, I couldnt even tell it was in 3-D to be honest. The 3D at the IMax is a different story though, that is wonderful!

Howie I know what you mean about all these remakes. NOTHING will ever beat the classics made back in the 70's/80's. I know that a remake of Freddy is due out in Feb or March 2010 and I also read they are re-making Child's Play a.k.a "Chucky" due out next summer.

Yes remakes will never be like the originals but I like them because I like the different spins they put on the originals and with new technology they are usually decent

Universals is remaking all the classics starting with the Wolfman, they are also going to do Frankenstein, Dracula and the Creature From The Black Lagoon also in the works is the Invisible Man. I hope these remakes are good, I loved watching these movies on Creature Feature with your host Dr. Paul Bearer.lol. I bought the Legacy Collection DVDs so that I would have these classic horror movies, they just don't show the old black and white films anymore. As for Rob Zombie, PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, STOP IT ALREADY!

I always love reaqding the comments below those articles, like this one: "this guy could crap in a bag and some of these people would just love it. "

If he didn't act so weird and have Zombie in his name no one would let him touch a horror movie.

                I forgot to tell them!

                My middle name is DeMille!
"I'm ready for my close-up, Mr. Demille!"
Of course one would think the last name "Warfield" would at least get me a shot at directing a war movie or something like that?
I guess Albert Hitchcock should have been doing porno movies? Or at least movies concerning some kind of bondage?
