Our first haunt is coming along fine, but I could use some advice on lines. We’re going to try timed ticketing through our box office, 140 tickets available per half hour block. I know I need a line for folks with tickets for the current half-hour block, a line for new ticket sales, and a will-call line. Maybe a line for people with tickets for upcoming time slots. Am I missing something there?
What I don’t know is how much space is needed for each line (per person?), and the finer points of getting folks to line up in the correct place. Anything else I’m not even thinking to ask?
