                  Mad,

When I used to run a Jaycee haunt many years ago we were only using 920 square feet. 6 rooms and a tiny maze. a lot of garage haunts were bigger. But, we had 3 hour lines to get in and our customers loved the show. Bigger is not always better. My haunt now is just a little over 6,000 sq. ft. Not even close to the biggest in the area yet it is one of the most popular haunts in town. It just goes to show that if you produce a good product, it really does not matter how big it is.

Here's a quote from Guinness World Records™ website
"This abandoned meatpacking warehouse, built in the late 1920's, measures a total length of 689.17 m (2,261.08 ft) from stepping into the house, to the end of the horrifying walk. It is a walk that averages 55 minutes for the visitors to complete, full of scary haunted house props, spooky ghosts, frightening haunted decorations, strobe lights, fog and monsters along the way. "
