I cant say this enough...at the Haunted Hoochie....Get the VIP..to skip the lines...It really is the best deal that way you dont spend hours upon hours outside. I got it Friday night and because of it I was able to see another haunt that night.

Can I ask what was broken?

I came Friday night and did notice what appeared to be a giant animatronic not working. Didn't bother me though. There's something ferocious and awesome coming at you nonstop throughout, even if everything isn't in working order.

I drove 2 1/2 hours and probably won't get a chance to return this season, so was just curious what we missed.

they returned the mail with forms to
release picture rights n all that..
but we did this all a few years ago..

talk about last minute..

the winds didn't really blow to hard..
after a whole night preparing..

and you are right..
it is a huge animation that was built for a millionaire and his private haunt
that i was asked not to reveal on here..
i have said too much..
but its back and bad as hell
thanks to some excellent engineering in the wee hours of the morning..

the Haunted Hoochie is going international...
with a spread in Bizzare magazine......
very nice..
i think that makes 7 magazines for this year..

zombie gave us his blessing to use his music..
since we are the worlds most extreme haunt..
which is way better then the cease n desist he sent me last year...
there is talk of a trip...

and u tube wants us to partner with them
and promote n make money placing adds next to our videos..
very nice...

this year we didn't make any new videos..
to busy making the most kick ass haunt ever

which paved the way for all our national success

Skip the line at the Hooch??? NEVER! Hell, waiting is one of the best parts. Two years ago, we stood there for hours just watching dozens of people making their way from the parking lot to the ticket line getting tangled up in fences, doing face plants in the mud, etc. It was great. Last year one of the guys in our group lost his ticket sometime during the 3+ hour wait and had to go back and get another one. It's like a tradition.

Debauchery at the Hooch 2009 will be the 10th or the weekend after. Can't wait.

A friend of mine went and got beat up by an actor. Don't think I'll go. The last time I commented to an employee that there are no smoking signs posted everywhere and yet I see the actors smoking like crazy. They said the signs were for the guests. So I guess the "No Touching" part of the sign applies only to the guests as well.

i reviewed all the notes on this incident..
and just watched the video...

your friend starts by getting up on stage and taking the actors chainsaw from him
and pushing the actor off the stage...
and when another actor gets the saw back from him..
he swings from the sprinklers and kicks another actor in the face...
then jumps down and starts beating on the kid...
now i say kid..
because i read in the report your friend is 28 years old..
and the kid who got his teeth kicked down his throat was only 17...
but anyways...
come to my office and i will show you the tape personally...

its not the first time someone comes to the Hooch to raise some hell..
but damn...
what a class act...
and you want to get on here and raise some more hell...??

which brings up a great point for this forum..
the importance of cameras...

our haunt has over 50 cameras ..
there is never a place where where you are not being recorded..

they remove all doubt about just what took place...

on another note...
we are having a great season...
despite all the rain..
we have been absolutely packed

Thanks for the clarification, Badass. The story I received obviously painted a different scenario. As a haunter, I certainly do not approve of violence toward guests OR actors. Sorry to hear that your actor was injured in this incident. Congratulations on your "Top Haunt" promotion!

Heh... I don't know who "The Evil One" is, but this little bastard almost got the boot. Field goal style. It was funny, my 4 year old was with me and she thought it was hilarious until she realized my panic was real. I wish like hell he had a surveilance camera on his porch. I'd win some money for sure.
