I buy my gloves from Home Depot. The nice, construction gloves. The newer ones, with padding and double layers in the palms, and rubber on the knuckles. I then buy the electrical conduit elbows in 3 sizes, and large fender washers. Gorilla glue them on the gloves so they're in the correct spot, and comfortable to wear. I buy skateboarding kneepads from wal-mart, and I made my own boots. Bought some Demonia boots and implanted some steel toes to the outside, with a hammer, rivets, and gorilla glue. I've used the same boots 3 years in a row, and I usually need to buy a new set of pads, and build some new gloves every year. But i'm constantly on the pavement, as i'm the only slider at our haunt.

hey Freak, your gloves spark right? And do you slide on asphalt?
