NEED help for a cannibal cave room.

I'm thinking of two heads on a stake(one on each side) for the entrance with a small fire. Then on the inside a hanging bloody body with bloody bones on the floor. I am also thinking of having an actor eating a bloody corpse near a bigger fire on the inside. I will have body parts/heads spread across the floor and such. Maybe hang some from the ceiling. What can I put on the walls? Any and all ideas are welcome. Thanks!

Creative Visions and Ghost ride both have talking heads on stakes.
that could help you with your intro or crowd interaction.
Piles of bloody bones and skeletons is pretty easy.

We also carry bloody skins called skinned alive. they can be stretched and pulled to look pretty nasty.
Malicious studios does some nice nasty animal skins as does ghost ride. Fright props also has some good animal props that would work too.

You could also do animal bone mobiles etc...
It would look like the cave of a collector such as Texas Chainsaw Massacre and I love that feel.
think of TCM 2. Dennis Hopper running around the cave with all those nasty details.
