There are 5 parking lots within walking distance of Terror in the Old City Haunted House. Q. Is your haunt wheel chair accessible? A. Yes, our haunted house is wheelchair accessible. Q. What is a VIP Fast Pass? A. Purchasing the VIP Fast Pass for our haunted house will allow you to move to the front of the line Q. Will you close the haunted house due to rain? A. No we will not close due to rain. Terror in the Old City in Knoxville Tennessee will be OPEN! Q. Can I take pictures inside your haunted house? A. No, not unless you have been given express permission by our staff. Anyone caught taking photos or video will be removed from from the house. Remember, there are “eyes” everywhere. Q. If I get too scared can I get a refund? A. No, Terror in the Old City haunted house will issue no refunds and we will not be entering the home with you. Q. Will I be touched by your haunted house actors? A. Not on purpose, you may be brushed on accident by people or things in the house but you will not be grabbed or held. Q. What happens if I grab an employee, take anything from the home, bring a weapon into your haunted house or attempt to tour the home drunk or stoned? A. Any touching of the haunted house employees or other guests will not be tolerated. There will be a security team and police officer on site.If you take anything from the home, damage any part of the home or bring a weapon in you will be introduced to the police officer on site.
