PURCHASING ADVANCED TICKETS ONLINE
If you have a PayPal account or credit card you can purchase tickets online. Online advanced ticket purchasers will not receive actual tickets, simply check in at the "SCREAM TIX" window with their order number and a photo I.D. Advanced tickets must be purchased by 5:00pm the day of event. All transactions are secure. You cannot cancel your online ticket.

PURCHASING ADVANCED TICKETS IN PERSON
Tickets can be purchased at the Scream Fair Haunted House walk-up ticket window.

WHAT IS A VIP SCREAM PASS?
The VIP Scream Pass is a brainchild of Scream Fair. It provides an awesome advantage for those busy nights. The VIP Scream Pass works like those at amusement parks. For an additional fee, you surpass the lines and move to the front. This gets you in and out quicker with minimal wait time. The VIP Scream Pass is well worth $25.00. You can purchase a VIP Scream Pass online or at the walk up ticket window.

Absolutely no tickets will be sold after the ticket window has closed.

The Scream-Tix Will Call Ticket Window is for prepaid ticket purchases only, no tickets are sold at this window.
To claim your pre-paid ticket, please arrive before the ticket window closes.

DOES THE "ATTRACTION" START AT A CERTAIN TIME?
Scream Fair opens for admission at 6:30pm nightly.

CAN I GOT THROUGH MORE THAN ONCE?
Can't get enough of Scream Fair? Paid Customers can Re-Enter Scream Fair for $1.00. This special price is only good on the same night you entered Scream Fair with your regular admission ticket. Just show your wristband at the Ticket Window. The Scream Fair Staff reserves the right to post the latest Re-Entry times nightly
in the Ticket Booth

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A PRINTER?
Bring your Scream Fair order number OR PayPal confirmation number AND a photo ID to the ScreamTix window.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Online we accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and eChecks. For all in-person transactions, we accept cash, Visa and Mastercard Credit or Debit Cards at our Ticket Window and at our Retail Shop. We do not accept personal checks


I PURCHASED MY TICKET ONLINE BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY E-MAIL CONFIRMATION YET.
Please check the spam filter on your email. An email confirmation will come from both the Scream Fair Online Store and PayPal whether you use a PayPal account or a Credit Card to pay online.


WHY SHOULD I PURCHASE MY TICKET ONLINE IN ADVANCE?
Purchasing advanced tickets online will guarantee your entrance on the night you choose to attend.


REFUND POLICY
Scream Fair Haunted House has a No Refund Policy.


IS PARKING FREE?
Yes parking is Free at Scream Fair Haunted House located at the NWWA Fairgrounds in the Henry Jansen Building.


IF I GET SCARED OR DO NOT MAKE IT THROUGH ALL THE ATTRACTIONS CAN I GET A REFUND?
No. Scream Fair Haunted House has a no refund policy.


DO YOU USE STROBE LIGHTS OR FOG IN ANY OF YOUR ATTRACTIONS?
Yes.


DO THE ACTORS TOUCH YOU?
No, the actors will never purposely touch you and we ask that you do not try to touch the actors. Scream Fair Haunted House has a no tolerance policy for anyone who does not comply with this rule.


CAN I TAKE PICTURES?
Yes you can take photos on Scream Fair Haunted House grounds. However, we do not allow any photos or video to be taken inside our haunts.


CAN I BRING MY PETS?
No, it is not safe to bring pets to Scream Fair Haunted House.


CAN I GO THROUGH THE ATTRACTIONS MORE THAN ONCE ON ONE TICKET?
No.

DO YOU SERVE ALCOHOL?
Absolutely NOT, and no alcohol is permitted anywhere on Scream Fair Haunted House property including the parking lot. This No Alcohol Policy is clearly posted at Scream Fair and it is enforced.


ARE YOUR ATTRACTIONS APPROPRIATE FOR ALL AGES?
We do not recommend our Haunted Attractions for children under 10 years old, unless accompanied by an adult.


ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON ATTENDING SCREAM FAIR?
Our haunts are not recommended for women in the late stages of pregnancy, people with heart problems, or those prone to seizures. Strobe lights and fog are in use throughout the haunts. Please note that Scream Fair reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove from the property, anyone that behaves in a violent or disruptive manner. Scream Fair rules are posted throughout the grounds and upon entering the property, everyone is expected to follow these rules. In addition, anyone under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol will be not be tolerated and will be removed by Security. No Refunds will be given. Scream Fair has taken every reasonable precaution to make this event safe.


IS SCREAM FAIR HAUNTED HOUSEHANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?
Our Haunted House can accommodate most handicap situations. Please phone us for details. It is our desire to create a fun and safe environment for everyone when possible.
