Our haunted house utilizes all of the following and should be taken into consideration prior to admission: Very low lighting, intense audio, fog, strobe lights, various special effects, and shock factors. There are various emergency exits throughout the haunted house with “glow-in-the-dark” signs above each doorway. Once you have exited the haunted house, you will not be permitted back in. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Any personal property will be put into the lost and found box at the end of each night. You may leave your contact information with us prior to exiting. Haunted house tickets can be purchased both online and/or at the door, all are non-refundable. Approximately 10-15 minutes at a regular pace. Can the haunt actors touch me? No, actors are not permitted to touch you, just scare you to death. Does District of the Dead Haunted House accept credit or debit cards? Cash AND Debit are accepted at our ticket booth. You may purchase your ticket online with many different payment options. I purchased and printed my haunt ticket online. What should I do upon arrival? When you arrive with a printed online ticket you can jump right in the attraction line. Is your haunted house open if it rains/snows? Yes, our haunted attraction is completely indoors. Can I wear a Halloween costume? No, costumes, masks, and Halloween makeup are not permitted. We wouldn't want to confuse you with our staff! Are children welcome to the haunted house attraction? Yes, but it strongly recommended that kids younger than 13 years old do not attend due to the high shock factor and special effects used. Are there public restrooms at your haunted house? Yes. Is photography or video recording allowed inside your haunted house? NO. At no time will cameras or video recorders be permitted. Cell phones should be turned OFF or “silent” mode prior to entering the attraction. Be courteous. You wouldn’t want someone else spoiling your good time. Is parking free at your haunt? Public parking is readily available at no cost to you. Are there security staff members at the haunted house event? Yes, we have off-duty police officers on staff each night the attraction is open. Are there food and drinks available at the haunt attraction? Yes, bottled water, apple cider, and cotton candy are available for purchase. Can I keep my haunted house ticket? Yes.
