Thanks for your response, it's greatly appreciated. However, I need to clarify our situation which I should have done in the original post(s).
We're looking for someone to either purchase & assume ownership of the attraction and it's operation as is , "intact" or become a vested partner/investor. The greatest value of this particular attraction, for both us and the potential buyer/partner/investor, is in the overall "package", i.e. the tangible physical assets in conjunction with the site/location.
To date, we have had some credible/viable interest in this regard. Obviously, we are looking for the most beneficial outcome for ourselves, so we're basically fielding the opportunity to the general industry population to see if there is any interest. Essentially, we're not looking to break up the property from the attractions physical assets as they're more valuable together.
For now, we will continue operating the attraction indefinitely or until such time as we're able to structure a mutually benefical deal (or not) with someone.
