Hello,
We have just been asked to build a haunted house for a nonprofit organization. Each year we operate our own but this will be our first year doing it for someone else besides our own. Looks like we'll be working on a percentage basis and they will be in charge of sponsorships and advertising. Has anyone done anything like this? What are some pointers you could give? What are some of the things to be careful of? We just don't want to end up with a big headache.
