Items you will need:
Makeup: Orange Face Makeup
White Lip Stick
Green temporary hair color spray
Clothes: Brown turtleneck
Brown socks
Brown Mary-Jane Style Shoes
White fabric Paint
2 Brown and White Pom-Poms
White Capris or Overals
Velcro or snap buttons
White gloves
White Belt
2 sheets of white felt

Instructions:
Using the capri pants pattern as a guide, cut the felt, adding a half-circle about the size of a pie pan at either hip. Use velcro to fasten to avoid having to add a zipper. Next, cut two white strips to attach as suspenders that criss-cross in the front and back. The capri pants should be a little loose. Dress. Curl hair up at ends (shoulder length hair is ideal for this). Push some of the hair in the front to form the "wave" at the top of the head, and spray the hair green. For makeup, cover the face in orange, adding white lips and white eyebrows.

Instructions (choice 2)
Take 2 sheets of white felt and cut circles out of them. Take the 2 circles and connect them to the white capri pants. Take 2 strips of white linen (a sheet, or something left over) And connect them in a criss-cross style to the capris. For white and brown strips at both the wrists and neck of the brown turtle neck, you will need a brown turle neck and white fabric paint. Put masking take where you do not want any white to fall, in a stiped pattern. Paint verticle stripes at both wrists, and at the turtle neck. Glue brown and white pom-poms to the brown shoes.
