yes they can kill but im sorry to tell you but there is nothing to stop them there just isn't its up to the clowns if you die or live the best thing to do is to stay clear of them me and my friend have a clown stuck in our car stuck in our car his name is locomo he dicides where to go half the time and how he hits it gets us in alot of trouble with the law but thats clowns for you!
