The town of Wichita is known for many haunting  tales and a history of all it's own.  One being  Wichita's Thearosa's Bridge, it has been given the title of Wichita's most thrilling event to ever happen.  When Wichita was first being settled a woman names Thearosa  lived near the bridge along with her children.  The legend is told that eventually Theatosa killed all of her children and then she killed herself.  Today, it is said that she haunts the bridge.  No matter what the weather is in town, the weather by the bridge is always different.  It is always cold and if you do choose to visit the area it is said a very strange and errie feeling is felt.  The bridge has been set on fire several times.  The bridge still stands to this day.
