It was amazing to read this and see what length Kevin went to in order to help his customer who purchased the facade and then faced some challenging times.

Kevin I appreciate the heart you put into the entire transaction and the compassion you showed for your customer. You definitely demonstrate a rare quality of putting people first and that is, in my opinion, what makes the best of the best in Customer Service and in being at the top of the best vendors in the industry. You're awesome my friend!

Kevin needs to do a class at Transworld on how to become a ''respectable'' vendor, it starts with honesty. There are a ton of you vendors that could learn something on how they handle their business and communications with a buyer. Brett

              Growing up

              Kel and Brett,

I and my company are honored by your comments!
So here is my seminar in a nut shell. LOL

              Sadly,
I am doing nothing rare here.
Or at least something that should not be rare.
I try to be an honorable person in my personal life, and so that carries over into my business since I own the company.
I am just treating people how I expect to be treated. Actually, I am kind of an A hole. I don't tolerate crap from anyone. I demand respect. But I am as honest in a transaction as I can be. I hate liars, and don't like being called one. I just try to put everything on the table.
I don't use the excuse, "it's just business". That is bull. I hate that!

And most importantly, (I am sure this explains it all) I take personal responsibility for my actions, the actions of my employees, and the actions of my company.
              And you know what?
I am sure that is why our business does well.

I have found the main thing everyone likes is to just know what is going on. Even if an order is late, it is not really that important as long as they know.
On, this is all in addition to trying to make innovative and dependable products that I would want to use in my haunts. And you know something. We can't even do that without the help of our customers.

But here is the tough part. You can't teach people to take personal responsibility for their actions. That is being an adult. That is a hard one. How do you make people grow up? You can't.

So, what else can we do other than live by example.

Look like that is going to be the perfect place for it. Glad the color tones work. I prefer Browns to give it warmth rather than gray.
All you need now is Sphagnum Moss to adhere to areas to make it feel like it has been there a long time

                        Examples of Beautiful Work

                        Very much so.
For some unknown reason from the first glimpse of those walls the thought:"Gothic Nudist Colony" came to mind.
Maybe the walls to keep the "eyes" out?
Wait, no good, there was no such thing as nudity in the olde days.
                        forget it.
                        Very nice work.
