I like the the second version better too. Generally love the artwork and everything too.
Not sure what the political mood is like in St Louis...over here in Australia these days there would be a proportion of people from either side of the debate that would fail to see the humour and leverage this as an excuse to be offended at your business...but you guys would know better than me if it's a risky play there or a bit of lighthearted fun parodying current affairs
Sorry to hear the P.C. Police are even in worse in Australia than they are in the USA. (Is there no escape from these fanatics?) But research in Speech Communications has found what they call a "Spiral of Silence". The less you resist these attempts to censor your free speech, the less you are permitted to use free speech. So pushback is the only way you are permitted to continue on at the meager level you are already allowed. This is a catchy slogan with broad appeal, and very appropriate given the subject matter. Any blowback would just give it even more publicity, and the vast majority (99%) of people would roll their eyes over any complaints.
