ALL VISITORS ENTER AT THEIR OWN RISK - Death Ridge Haunted Attraction reserves the right to refuse admission to any person who they feel is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, is acting in a violent manner, or may potentially be a risk to themselves, other patrons, or our employees/volunteers. Our actors are taught the difference in reactive self defense and unadulterated violence and aggression. Any individual who is caught intentionally and purposefully in the eyes of Death Ridge staff and volunteers being aggressive (including hitting, punching, kicking, slapping, spitting on, or any other forceful act) towards any other patron, actor, staff, or volunteer will be removed from the attraction by security staff AND will be charged and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This also applies to any individual who knowingly and persistently assaults our staff and actors in a verbal manner. Inappropriate comments and gestures will NOT be tolerated.
