Youtuber Jody Dean ( Hunting The Dead ) bought this 1800's home which was decaying in Fort Gaines, Ga to bring Entertainment to the area and local surrounding areas for the seasonal months. Jody went to his first haunted house as a child in Orlando, Florida. Growing up he always had a dream to do something like Church St Haunted House which was located In Orlando, Florida at the time. Years later Jody was able to make his dream come to life here in Georgia. He bought this home in 2021 and was open for business during September and October. Portion of those proceeds went to the local School District here in Fort Gaines, Ga and School Supplies for the children here in this town. 2022 Portions of the proceeds will go to the local Fire Department here in Fort Gaines, Ga. And in 2023 Portions of the proceeds will go to the local Police Station here in Fort Gaines, Ga. Jody has always been big on helping out his local communities and he is proud that he can help out an amazing town like Fort Gaines, Ga.d was open for business.
