The actors may touch you. You are not allowed to touch them. Anyone doing so will be removed from the attraction without a refund.

The Basement is designed for ages 13 and up. It is NOT recommended for younger children or anyone faint of heart.

We recommend children under the age of 13 be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We caution parents to be certain any child under 13 years of age is ready for our haunt. No refunds can be given if they decide not to go through.

Not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with a heart condition, seizure disorder, or asthma. Strobe lights, fog effects, and many other implements to cause distortion of sight and sound are used.

The Basement is not wheelchair or crutch accessible. The passageways are narrow, and you must be able to climb down stairs to enter, and climb up stairs to exit The Basement.

For safety reasons and to decrease the loss of items, flashlights, cameras, cellphones, laser pointers, purses, and bags are NOT permitted.

No guns, knives, or weapons of any type. No drugs, no alcohol, no smoking. If you are intoxicated you will not be admitted.

The Basement has a zero tolerance rate for trouble makers. Trouble makers will be removed from the property without refund. If any of our actors or guests are harmed, or our property is damaged, we reserve the right to remove you from the attraction and you may be prosecuted. We want everyone to have a safe and fun time!
