The town of Hartford is known for many haunting  tales and a history of all it's own.  One being  Hartford's Old State House, it has been reported as one of Hartford's most haunted buildings.  It is described as a large, building that was built in the late 1700's and was originally used as the Connecticut State Cpitol building.  The history of the house has been discribed as very sad and disturbing.  The ghosts that still linger in the home are that of a local painter and the old museum keeper.  It has been reported you can still hear many strange voices and noises throughout the halls and the building.
