The town of Manchester is known for many haunting  tales and a history of all it's own.  One being  Manchester's Youth Detention Center, it has been given the title of Manchester's most haunted house.  It is described as a older, brick building that is very dark and very disturbing.  It is back in a small field and surrounded by woods.   The history of the house has been discribed as very sad and disturbing.  All the windows and door have been boarded up, but still people try to make their way in to take a peek.  It has been reported that what they find and hear is very disturbing.  They can hear humming and faint sounds as if people are yellinf or talking.  There is also always a dim light on.  The ghosts that have been trapped inside for so many year are desparatly trying to find a way out or help.   

Manchester is also home to many great landmarks and old restaurants.  This brings us to Bob Shaw's Italian Sandwich Shop in Manchester, New Hampshire.  Many who eat at this wonderful sandwich shop describe it as a mild poltergeist phenomena.  It is one of Manchester's oldest little shop which was formaly known as Psaris Bistro.  There have been several reports by both the workers and the customer s of strange and unexplained activity.    Shodows would float across the floor, items would move and no one would be there and strange noises would often be heard.
