By attending Popes Haunted Farm( “Event”) the ticker holder ( ”Holder”) assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event, and all other activities and events at Lee Rd 724 , Salem, AL 36874 before, during or after the Event including, but not limited to, the danger of being injured by equipment, objects or persons at the Event and further acknowledges that attendance at the Event in voluntary, and hereby releases, to the furthest extent permitted by law, Popes Haunted Farm their respective officers, employees and / or owners for injuries or loss of personal property resulting from holders’s attendance at the Event. The Event contains high impact scares, fog, strobe lights, theatrical odors, and may not be suitable for epileptics, pregnant women, or those with heart condition. Not recommended for children under 10. Management reserves the right to remove any patron from the event with or without cause. No refunds.
