Nightmare from North St. has the right to refuse admission to anyone. Patrons will experience intense lighting and audio effects, strobes, fog, low visibility, and overall a physically demanding environment. Do not attend if you are pregnant, claustrophobic, asthmatic, prone to seizures, and have respiratory or heart issues. You may be denied access if we choose, so be on your best manners so you and everyone there can enjoy the attractions with no issues. No smoking. No running. No touching actors or props. Cameras are NOT allowed, except in the picnic grove area. Once inside you must put everything away. If you are found using your phone/camera/light you will be asked kindly to put away or you may be asked to exit and be EJECTED from the park. NO REFUNDS! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. There is inherent risk in attending Nightmare from North St. Haunted Attractions. Actors are not allowed to intentionally touch you. Actors do jump out to startle and scare you. Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending. Attendees agree to release Nightmare from North St., officers, employees, volunteers, and land lord from any liability from harm, injury, damage, death, or expense that may arise directly or indirectly are from attending any Nightmare from North St. Haunted attraction. Proper footwear is required, NO flip-flops or sandals. Please dress accordingly as it can be cold during October in Illinois and part of the attractions are outdoors. The waiting area is covered.
