I have a new costume

I re did my old gas mask post apocolyptic character, he has a makeover. However i was wondering if anyone had any ideas about how I can get a klaxon alarm in a small package.
Like a small sound cube that packs a punch. Or some sort of discreet stereo system i can carry on my person. And set of the klaxon for a good startle randomly.

An MP3 player jacked into a mini guitar amp. way less control than the scream cube, but it will get the point across.
