  • Need to build a helmet for a haunt scene?

Have a library scene, castle theme, suit of armor lying around???

Want a cool looking helmet to sit on a table or mantle??

There is a cool web site of very creative "hackers" that build cool stuff and then find pleasure in showing how it was built.

Check out the helmet, then wander around the site, you won't regret it.

    Read, enjoy and BE CREATIVE!!!

that round part is the hardest

Cheat and start with a hard hat or helmet of some kind.
Use aluminum pop rivets that won't pull to hard when they pop, ripping, breaking plastic.
One historical, hysterical helmet of one French King was made to look just like his face. How anybody could have looked at it and Not burst out laughing is beyond me!

That's a VERY cool and informative site. Been thinking about posting some how- to instructions on there myself.... mold making, head and body casting body forms, etc,....
