I am very curious as to how all of you get feedback, ideas, fav parts, scariest parts, info from your customers. Do you interview them afterwards? do you have surveys that they can fill out? if so what questions do you have on there? We are really looking to build up a good fan base and let them feel really involved and almost like they are more than customers in the haunt.
