Some of you may know this and some of you may not. Every 3rd Weds of every month, Goodwill puts every item in the store at 50% off and 2 times a year, they have a 75% off sale. Just a little FYI to pass on in case you weren't aware.

And check your other thrift stores for similar sales...there are several around us that have 50% off Mondays and Thursdays, one even has a color tag system and puts things randomly 50% off each day. Have gotten some really great costuming material that way.

I know Salvation Army stores tend to have Wednesday as their bargain day, with all but one of their colors being 50% off.

Most Goodwills will also do one color each week for only $1.00 (I've managed to get wedding gowns and 3 piece suits for that price).
