I don't know if you guys realize but that is an actual product by a current haunt vendor called "Hauntsfx".
I think it is very inventive. And if you like the inventiveness, reward them for being inventive.

Haunted Kimmy

Haunted Kimmy has had phone covers like this for over a year now. Not sure who was the first but she made some awesome ones for Iphones last year!

I saw this a few days ago on Facebook but about a month ago this idea came to mind and I wanted to do a full silicone case for android. I quickly dropped the idea after thinking about all the models there are. iPhone is definitely the best option though. This one looks cool for sure!
