Haunted Voice Over Artist (Voice Actor)

So I was wondering, is there a correct place or board where Haunted Houses go to look for a Voice Over artist that wants to sell his voice to creative directors out there?
I was looking to enter myself into the world of voice over FOR HAUNTS as I know a lot of people have a hard time on getting their hands on authentic sounds and don't particularly like using generic soundbytes.

But yeah, if someone could direct me to where voice guys go for this kind of stuff that would be awesome.. I'd imagine most stuff is probably produced in-house, but keep in touch anyhow!!

That's a good idea, but I don't want to go in the CD direction. A CD leaves people up for guessing games as to what exactly they are getting and sometimes, after awhile, that stuff gets old. I want to be able to deliver RIGHT THERE THAT MINUTE, the exact sound that someone wants in their house. A CD would leave people going, "That sounds okay, but it doesn't match the right beats for what exactly is happening in our house" or "It sounds good, but it goes on for too long, or doesn't have the right music behind it".

For example... NIGHT TERRORS in Jacksonville, I made a promotional sound clip, all voices are me except the woman at the beginning, and this caters to THEIR house and THEIR house only.

A CD leaves people with the same sounding stuff in their house.. it's great for business on my end to just make a CD and let 20 different houses in the world buy it and have the same sounds in their house, but I don't work that way. I want to create unique sounds that someone has an IDEA of in their head for THEIR house specifically. That would inquire coming to me on a personal level, letting me know what kind of sound effect or what kind of VISUAL you have going on and I can create the sounds/voice/music behind that vision leaving your house unique from anyone else's in the entire world instead of 'cut n' paste'.
