I know there must be plenty of posts about the fire retardants on this forum but the search feature is not working for me. Who is a good supplier that is not too expensive?
If you're looking for a directory of haunter supplies and vendor ratings, be sure to check out The Haunter Supplies directory on HauntersDigest.com. We have a ton of vendors listed! - http://www.hauntersdigest.com/hauntersupplies/
When we were getting ready to build our haunt in 2011, I did a cost study on 3 different manufacturers. Flame Stop, New York Fire Shield, and Universal Fire Shield. http://gadgetsblogofdoom.blogspot.co...ing%20research
I use New York Fire Shield's Inspecta Shield for all walls, cloths, and props, and we use Universal Fire Shield's LPA-202 to treat our latex paints.
NY Fire Shield doesn't make a product to fit what I need, theirs is long term. I have to be creative with it. I tear down each room each year (repaint, décor, etc). If only someone made a spray on product that dries clear and doesn't cost a ton and goes on top of a completed project.....hmmmm....nice vendor idea??
Like a midget at a urinal, you gotta be on your toes
