For sale, the Realm Of Darkness Haunted House in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We operated for 5 years out of our local mall (an old Mervyn's department store). We lost our space in 2014 and were unable to find another location in time for the 2015 season. With the loss of our space, and other family issues, we've decided to sell our haunt.
If you are interested please contact us. I have attached a link to some of the photos we have as well as a link to our sale sheet. The haunt is about 12,000 square feet and consists of an asylum theme, black maze, and a cabin. The asylum is about 8,000 sq ft, the maze is about 2,000, and the cabin 2,000. In addition we have a ticket booth and a 3,000 square foot queue line.
The haunt is located in some local storage trailers, so we do not have the capability of doing a walk through. Also, the trailers are not included. We are asking $50,000 for the entire haunt. The pictures are during construction and opening. Please email or message if interested.
