Last week you gave advice on how to increase our throughput. This weekend we acted on that. We went from a two hour wait to just a little over an hour and we had quite a few more people going through it. I was slightly concerned about overall experience but the reviews were still great.

It took us three weeks but finnaly figured out our magic number on how fast to put people through. At 1 min apart it was not fast enough, at 30 sec it was too soon and groups were meeting up. We settled at 40-45 sec apart and it seemed to work well.
