  • Raycliff Manor Facade - Phase 2!

Phase 2 of the Raycliff Manor facade renovations has begun. I've provided the concept drawing and some of the progress pictures below. As of right now, the framing for the mansard roof is in progress. As soon as I can get more pictures of the progress, I'll provide additional pictures. While the contractors are working on the facade renovations, we are working tirelessly on the new Raycliff Carriage House attraction. We also have a portion of the Raycliff Manor attic being converted into a large break area / storage area / costume & costume changing area and stage 1 makeup area.

Hope you enjoyed the pictures. I'm going to try and get on here more so I can get caught up on all the posts! Thanks!

      Kel,
Looking great! As soon as I read the headline I knew what I'd see would be awesome!
Hey, what was your building before it was your haunt? (I mean what business was there before you?)
I may have asked this before...sorry, but my mind is going 100 different directions...lol!
      Can't wait to see more!

Thanks everyone for the kind words! Kirk, the last use of the building before we purchased it was a Calvary Chapel church. Before they had it, it was a BBQ restaraunt. We're sure having fun transforming it into Raycliff Manor!

PS. Anyone interested in seeing the evolution of the Raycliff Manor facade so far, from the beginning can check it out at http://s468.photobucket.com/albums/r...all/?start=all Warning, there are lots of pictures! ; )

Very cool indeed! You have a lot of vision, some would have looked at your building and never seen the facade just waiting to be built out. I think it will draw a lot of people to you haunt.

I love it! If there is only one thing I'd love for my attraction this year, it would be a facade. That's just an investment that isn't affordable this season, but hopefully next year!!

Here are a few more update pix on the Raycliff Manor Facade renovaions...

Once the mansard roof is complete, the new dormer windows will be installed on each side of the tower. Then the new gable will be installed over the front door/porch and details will be added around the front door. We're very excited about the progress!
