  • Gave my first training session of the season last night...

Last night I gave my "Boo Camp" haunt actor training course to the new hires at Woods of Terror in Greensboro, NC. They seemed to enjoy it and I hope some of them actually learned something. Several of them asked good questions and I didn't pull punches when it came to the good and bad things that happen in haunt attractions.

I wish to thank Eddie McLauren from WoT for bringing me to his haunt and giving me the opportunity to speak to his kids. Hopefully the lessons learned will continue to make them one of the scariest haunts in the country.

If anyone in the Carolinas needs someone to come and help train their actors, my schedule is filling up fast, but I might be able to squeeze a weeknight in...

    pressure pad

Hello, I am looking for some help. I am an individual that does this alone and goes for top spot in the local paper that I have recieved the last 2 years. I turn my whole yard into a haunted house that the kids have to walk through to get the candy. I have people lined out to the road every year. I have built my own electric chair completely working and animated giant spider. Although I am not a professional I do a pretty good job I think. What I want to do this year is put pressure pads under some of my animitronics instead of using sensors. Does anyone out there know how to build a pressure pad?

    Thank You
    Nick
