Hey everyone! Been a long time since I've last posted now that I finally have time to catch up some the forums. Since I've last been around so much had happened this past year in regards to my yard haunt. THANKS to Hurricane Sandy my yard display was in great danger of being damaged from the amounts of rain and wind we received just days before Halloween of course. Now not that I haven't dealt with the weather conditions in the past this was a little different just because there seemed to be no let up. So once the storm started to roll in it was Saturday the 27th I knew I was going to have to make a decision based on the rain just drenching all my props and allot of wood just absorbing all that rain.
Come Sunday night the 28th I did a complete tear down and started to move the display to the garage. Which is something I've actually always wanted to do never really considered it until this night because Just in early September I had a concrete driveway poured lets just say the next 3 days & nights were exhausting and long at that leading rite up to 6pm on Halloween night when everything was completed and proud to say is one of the coolest feats I've ever pulled off lets just say from here on out every year I will be making the display cover the driveway and garage. Here are the photos first off of the yard display before the storm rolled in and then the after the inside the mini haunt that came to be.
